What if my cat/dog has never been groomed before?

   First time grooms/baths are treated with extra care. We spend extra time and care with them. It's important to ensure that their first experience is a pleasant one so they can get over any anxieties or fears they may have. We want them to remember their experience and be more comfortable the next time they go to the groomer - not frightened!

 How do I make an appointment?

   Just give us a ring at (517) 655-5234 anytime Monday thru Friday between 7:30am to 6:00pm.  Your pet must have his/her shots all up to date and be vaccinated before they can have an appointment. We'll ask you if you prefer morning or afternoon.  For morning appointments  you need to drop off your pet between 7:30am to 8:30am and for afternoon appointments they need to be here between 12:00pm to 1:00pm.  We will call and let you know as soon as your pet is finished.  Morning clients Will be done no later than 1pm and afternoon clients no later than 6:00pm. 

 What time will my Pet be done with his/her Groom/Bath/Cut?

    We do our best to get your cat/dog done as soon as possible.  Cats/Dogs have different temperaments, cuts, and speeds at which we can provide care for them.  It is hard for us to guarantee a time for them to be done. We don't want to break promises, expectations, or hurry your pets experience.  However, we will always call you as soon as your pet is finished so you can come to pick him up.

 Do I have to pick up my Pet as soon as he/she is done?

   Absolutely not.  If your pet had a bath/groom/cut they are free to stay with us all day until 6:00pm.  They will be given walks to go potty and provided with water/food.
